Fool's Gold the band includes half of sunkissed LA group Foreign Born alongside former members of the Fall and We Are Scientists, among others. "Surprise Hotel" sounds like the name of a seedy seaside flophouse, where one could presumably hear this sort of shimmying Afro-pop wafting up from a stereo on the beach. (via: rcrdlbl)
