Well, if you're in and around the Carlsbad area, a new burger joint will be hitting The Forum.
The Counter. The Counter is a build your own burger joint. I went to one while working up in LA and was pleasantly surprised. In fact, you can make up to 300,000 + burger combos. Kinda beats In'N'Out. Their doors should be opening up soon, but in the meantime take a look at their menu and see what awesome creation you can whip up.
